Trousers pulled down

Thanks for making it impossible to cancel a free subscription that your engineer gave us when we upgraded our Wi-Fi. How the hell do you cancel sky cinema online or on the TV? Option? Your account? it was a nice gesture, but now we are being charged after trying to cancel it. we have been with you for one over 10 years and have all our phones with you as well, but still feel the need to rake a few extra quid out of us. thanks very much for this. Really appreciate it

@Danrippedoff  You're not contacting Sky by posting here, you should be abkle to cancel the free period within the cool off period normally 31 days by calling 150 from a Sky Landline or Sky Mobile.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
