Trouble with confirming moving home

I am moving home, I am attempting to use the 'moving home' home sections of the app & site, yes I have tried both multiple times. 

I completely the entire thing, click submit and I am met with a blank screen each and every time. No confirmation, no email. I have no idea what to do. The virtual assistant doesn't help and there is no number to call. How do I confirm this move?
