To stop payment

I switched to another broadband on 6th June and because of some mis talk I didn't  able to deactivate same day but has deactivate your account on 10 June. We had very good bond with you. Thank you 

I am not longer with you. And get disappointed to detected £46 as too much cost.

I have humble request to reimburse money back. In future I could again with SKY .

Have you received confirmation,ation that your broadband service with Sky has ended?

 

If so, the overpayment will at some point show as a credit on your Sky account and at that time we can help you request repayment from Sky.
