My billing date ends today but want to add tnt sports, 

when will it be charged? Next bill or 1 month after?

Notr sure what you mean by this so if you mean today is your billing date the actual payment should be taken tomorrow as it isn't usually taken on a Sunday so if you add TNT today you should be billed for it on the next bill but back dated to today so as we pay in advance you could be billed for 7 or 8 weeks on the next bill so the bill itself could well be more than you usually pay due to this.

So basically it won't come out in Octobers bill but will in Novembers bill and will be charged double for the first month correct?

That is correct, if today is your billing date it can't be added to the that but will be on your next bill in November and you will be billed for it from today to the billing date and for the next 4 weeks as well.
