@James455  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as it has nothing to do with the Sky Go app.

 

It would help if you stated what the order is for also. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are seeing or have been sent a notification that there is an issue with your order then you need to call Sky.so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
