Thanks for nothing

Thanks for for **bleep** nothing

I agreed verbally I would pay an outstanding bill when I get my first part payment from a new job after months being out of work.

You then send me a series of threatening emails and makenit literally impossible to speak to anyone until that balance is settled. But as I've told you many times now I can't pay until 30th June so can you please hold off the threats and wait a small number of days.

You have the worst customer support of any company utterly useless

Sorry @DJRSKY1 but we are just customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

If your services have been restricted they will not be restored until the bill has been paid in full and the payment details have been sent up again.

The abi e applies to us all regardless of what  our personal circumstance are.

Hi @DJRSKY1   Please see Welcome below for information about this public community forum. Unfortunately you will continue to receive reminders until you pay in full, and set up your continuous payment method again.

@DJRSKY1 Sky don't offer promises to pay on live accounts. You can only defer payments via payment holidays on hardware covered under a credit agreement, like a Glass TV or a mobile phone.

I am sorry the process after missed payment automatic, Sky as said on another post don't do " "promise's to pay" you might have agreed verbal with Sky agent , but they should  have told once a payment is missed  your service will be suspended  with emails asking to pay the outstanding  amount and possibly  saying what will happen if not. Also you will be unable to speak to Sky until the debit is cleared and new monthly payment set up is done,  call to Sky in this period will just be greeted with a message to pay the outstanding amount. As I said the process is automatic and  can not be overridden by any Sky agents even if you tell them when you will  be paying. The  Sky agent you spoke to should have told you this when you called. Any way as to day is the 29th just ignor  the emails, for another day, if you make the payment as you said tomorrow and reset up your payment method. The emails will stop and in a couple of day possably your service be restored.

Re: Thanks for nothing

Many thanks for explaining

I find it amazing when firms, and there are others, cannot understand such a situation
