Texts from sky, returned router not recieved

I recieved a new router from sky after talking with an operator at the end of november 2022. Using the provided packaging i returned the old router via royal mail around the start of december. but am now getting text from sky informing me i need to send back my sky items. Im not sure at this point id even have the receipt as proof of sending. Anu help with this please?

Have a good look for that proof of posting? If you have it we can possibly get you some help from a Sky staff expert on the forum. If you haven’t kept it be aware any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.
