Text messages to wrong coustomer

Am getting text message from sky that don't relate to my account. Sky has compromised my phone  number. I have not been able to get any help to correct this

Are you sure the message is really from Sky? What does the message ask?

And what makes  you think your  number has been compromised.

Am getting message referring to a diffrent coustome by name. I have called sky twice but they haven't acted to verify that that's my number not a diffrent coustomers number. Now am seeing message threatening action but these shouldn't be directed to me. I still have my sky package and all is intact

It's most likely the other customer has simply given the wrong number (and just happens to be this one).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
