Tesco Voucher

I was told on the phone this morning that I'm due a Tesco voucher for sky handling my complaint in a poor way. 

I've received this email -

but where is it on my app? I can't find it.. unless I'm being blind can anyone help me?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes, it just directs me to web page for VIP. 

I've got the my sky app but unsure where it will be on my account?

I followed the link and redeemed them, still within the 90 days and I cannot find them on the MySky app at all. Asked sky virtual assistant and ironically got directed here!

Hi I have the same It shows on your next bill that it's been given but I have not received a code for me to redeem it

I received a separate email from Eden red. I thought it was spam so ignored it. 

Apparently that's the company that send vouchers not sky so check your spam.

Thank you , I've been told it can take up to 5 days to receive once sky have claimed it for me ... Does that sound right !

No Eden Red email with my voucher in any inbox or spam 😞

 

It's been over a month and I haven't received mine 😞 Unfortunately I think the only way to resolve it, is by phoning sky directly.
