Terrible all round service
I am completely at the end of my tether with Sky's shocking customer service
I'm trying to get connected at my new address and after two engineers visits I'm still not connected
My biggest issue however is trying to speak to somebody who can resolve issues, firstly you have to speak to a ridiculous automated service which does not understand that you have problems with all your Sky services and keeps trying to redirect you to the MySky app.
When you finally get to speak to a human being they are clearly in an overseas call centre and there are major problems communicating with them effectively usually resulting in having to be transferred several times, on each occasion having to repeat answers to security questions.
Sorry Sky but your customer service is appalling and I'm seriously considering cancelling my (not yet connected) service and going to Virgin Media
I would have preferred to make this complaint via email but again you have made this impossibly obstructive as it concerns all services and you only have a customer service email for individual services

You haven't made a complaint here. In fact you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Also, Sky don't use email for general communication.

There is an email form here you can use to register a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
