Termination charges from previous provider, vodafone

When I changed from Vodafone to Sky, the customer advisor, Shana's, informed that I would get a contribution of up to £200.

I have received my final bill from Vodafone and would like to know how to submit it to Sky

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

You, the customer pays the early termination fees and Sky subsequently reimburses you by way of a credit being added to your Sky account.

Sky will credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous provider where you have been charged the early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have now paid it (specifically the early termination fees). You need to send this to Sky by email to [email protected]
