TV order cancelled

I have tried to order TV and I got an email saying thanks for your order and then I got am email to say that I had cancelled my order I didn't cancel anything can someone help me understand why

Did you place an order for Sky Glass because if you did it might be that you have failed the deeper credit checks that take place
