That is company that gives you insurance for your sky products. Which these days as the sky box are on loan if they develop a fault they swop without charge,. I believe if engineers cost to sort out problems on you sky tv box or broadband are without charge but I might be wrong ther The only thing that might be chargeable and may be claimed on such insurance is engineer cost if you have a problem on you satellite dish is actually yours and rhough in past days they used to be free, I understand from reading post on this forum involve a charge. The only ofer thing that this insurance might do is give you a engineer appointment a lot quicker than if did not have insurance.
If they have taken you bank details they probably going to set up a direct debit as they are seti g up a policy for you. If you don't want this I suggest you get back on to them and get it cancelled.
