I am not in debt to Sky. An erroneous charge last year accumulated increases due to non settlement by myself; correspondence ensued and the accumulated charge was dropped so why is the suspension notice still showing on my account which I want to re-open for the new contract I have started with Sky (Signature & Sports, £31/month).
