I paid my bill a few weeks ago, but got a message later stating I was overdue, assumed it was just from the system not catching up and ignored it. Now I'm getting emails that my services are suspended until I repay my bill etc, which makes sense, what's confusing me is - my services are very much still on? I only have broadband and the internet hasn't even faltered, so I'm baffled.
