Suspend my sky anytime talk subscription

I'm away from home for about 3 months and want to suspend sky anytime talk extra subscription as I won't be using the landline. I would have thought this was easy to do online but I can't find out how to do it.

You can't suspend it at all. You can cancel it and reinstate it on your return, if you wish. You need to call to cancel.

There's no option to 'suspend'.

You would have to call and give notice (probably 31 days) to cancel it.   You would then need to add it upon return.

Re: Suspend my sky anytime talk subscription

Finally got through to customer service. You can cancel skytalk  anytime with immediate effect and don't have to provide a 30 day cancellation period. So when again back to UK I brave the customer service phone system again and put the Skyanytime talk option back on again. Thanks for replying.

@Pulansk

In effect what you've done is change your Sky Talk tariff to Pay As You Talk which basically means no calls equals no call charges. Your Broadband charges will continue whilst you are away.
