Subscription

Rung and spoke to yourselves regarding leaving due to being out of work was told that due to my current circumstances I could have a reduced payment only to find out that for the last three months I have been charged the full amount 🤬

As this is a customer helps customer forum you would need to call again to speak to Sky about this or register a complaint giving them the date and time that you spoke to them so if needs be they can listen to what was said to you:
