Could you please check our subscription is set up. Not sure if I've got it right.

Other customers cannot do that...

 

Perhaps you'd like to explain what your issue is or contact Sky directly?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You should got a email from Sky confirming your new subscription, if you can not find it going in to the my Sky app or going in to the Sky.com web site and logging on to you account and then looking in " your messages " which you can get by clicking on the little head at top of page and selecting  "your  messages" from  the menu you should a messages confirming you new subscription or offer.
