Streaming charges but no broadband yet

Hi everyone 

I've recently moved house and decided to change to Sky. Our pucks were sent before the move but we didn't use them because we were staying with relatives so not our house. Our broadband was supposed to be activated this week but Sky cancelled it because they were confused by the address change! This is despite me being reassured via a chat that the system had registered the address change. They then sent a message asking for confirmation of the current address, which I did. And still they cancelled.  Installation is now set for near the end if the month. They are about to bill us for the streaming service which we can't use because...  we don't have broadband or WiFi. I sent a complaint and the response was- use the messaging facility.  How do I resolve this?

If you've ordered stream then it starts billing after 3 weeks even if you don't activate it.  (It's in the terms)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
