Stopping my renewel

Hi ive recently renewed but found the package not the same as what im on im losing the entertainment package from my current subscription. So would like to stop the renewel

@Dazdeb  You would ned to call SKy to do that as the forum won't be sble to do this for you.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Entertainment is a legacy package.

 

I would expect you now have 'Signature' which is the current base package.  This includes all the entertainment channels plus boxsets.

If you have received notification that the entertainment package is being cancelled then this is correct as you will be moved to the signature one which is the same plus you get access to sky boxsets so you are not losing anything as you are gaining access instead.
