Hi
we've had SKY Stream for 3 months now, the package includes Netflix.
We are still being billed and paying for Netflix in Germany where we previously lived. It says contact SKY if you want to cancel as SKY has taken over your Netflix.
SKY say they can't cancel the payment and I should contact Netflix, however Netflix says they can't cancel it as SKY not has our subscription.
I'm still paying each month for Netflix which is included in my package .
Any ideas on how to stop these payments?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would call Netflix again and ask them to cancel your subscription in Germany, I wouldn't mention that you are with Sky as they can't take over a service from Germany.

Thanks for helping me. Unfortunately there isn't a cancel button anymore, it just says call SKY to cancel this subscription and when you call SKY they claim they can't do it because of EU regulations, crazy I know

Called Netflix in Germany, they said SKY took over the contract and therefore would need to contact SKy uk. I think I'll call SKY Germany today, might get somewhere.

@Beans098765421 if your still going round in circles I guess you could take the drastic decision to contact your bank and stop the payment to Netflix Germany.
