On the store I am offered Full fibre Gigafast but when I try to purchase I keep getting the "sorry we're having difficulties" error.
I have tried ringing and have spent hours on the phone, but the call centre also unable to get the transaction finished.
How can I get this resolved? It needs escalating to senior management but despite several promises by the call centre (India ?) I'm not getting the promised call backs. Is there a way forward?
This seems ridiculous that a tech company like SKY are unable to get their online store to work.
Please help.
