Social tariff ended

It seems my social tariff has ended, I wasn't aware until my bill came through. Overall, my bill has gone up £30/month in the last 2 months, which is ridiculous. How do I get the social tariff reinstated without needing to speak to someone I can't understand?

This link explains the process if you’re eligible for Sky Broadband Basics.

The broadband part of the social tariff now lasts for 24 months and then reverts to the full cost but if you’re still eligible you will then need to re-apply.

Re: Social tariff ended

Yes, I'm still eligible.

1. I wasn't told it was ending and a standard tariff starting.

2. Calling them shouldn't be the only way to do this. What about deaf people, how do they do it? (My sister is deaf and often gets caught out by things like this!) I can never understand the people on the other end....is there no English customer service centre?

There is a special team (the Accessibility Team) who help customers with communication issues.

There are UK based agents but all calls go to the next available agent wherever they may be.
