So backwards

What's started as trying to add internet to my existing phones contact has left me probably looking to leave sky when the contacts are up in 2 months. 

I just wanted to had boardband, do it on the app and last stage it asks "error and couldn't complete" then do through the virtual cause you can't find a number that leads to a person however I think the personal, barely English speaking was probably worse as their "deals" were more then the prices on my screen. 

my phone contacts up in 2 months so no issues doing full transfer over will be nice and easy but if someone from sky could get in touch maybe a person? With real numbers registered to my account? Crazy I know...

Perhaps note that broadband is an entirely separate product to a mobile phone subscription, with its own contract, T&C's and minimum term.
