I've had no sky service for six weeks the engineer came out said he couldn't fix problem it was problem in building I went to building control and they stated everything is fine the engineer came out again said he can't fix the problem I was charged £50 on my bill for two failed engineer vists which I was in and talking to him sky customer service said I wasn't in which is crazy cause I was I've ring doorbell camera that shows him there which I tried to tell them they said sorry they can't help if I want to continue being sky customer not get my internet turned off pay bill on time I tried telling them I shouldn't have pay for nothing just my internet but they said no they will look into it they turned my internet off made me pay bill in full last month now this month payment there doing the same it's disgusting all I ask is to speak to some one not be passed around

I paid the bill and nothing was toke away after that and yes it's communal dish but everyone in building has had no issues they got someone to check the dish and said it was fine thanks for your time it's just frustrating
