I've received a sky portfolio change saying I need to return the sky glass and camera I spoke to a experts over text and he said I need to contact the technical team on returning the products when I've rang them they said I can't return it and have to carry on paying the tv I've had enough of this tv I've had it replaced and I've got the same issues just worse it glitching and freezing and has weird screen bleed light

Yes I was sent out a replacement but it's still faulty

The first tv has screen problems 2 second tv is lagging and freezing and yes they sent me out a replacement free of charge due to missed payment they cancelled the tv I've spoke to them via text they said if I pay the outstanding balance they and send the tv back there will be no extra charges but when I rang the technical tv they said I can't return it and have to keep paying for it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Reehan To be clear you have the replacement TV and they only issue is freezing and lagging (which is generally a result of poor speed/wfif signal) amnd not necessarily a faulty TV? And you still have the replacement set?
But you want them to send the old defective TV back as well?
