After looking in various threads it seems to be a common issue of these Tesco vouchers not working. I was given 2 x £15 vouchers earlier today because of various issues I've been getting with my broadband but the links do not work, it's the "there seems to be a problem" message that others have been getting. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Really not good from Sky.

Hello!
Having trouble with Tesco vouchers received from Sky due to broadband issues is unfortunately a common issue. When encountering the "there seems to be a problem" message, first ensure the vouchers are still valid and try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If issues persist, contact Sky's customer support directly for assistance, keeping records of your communication for follow-up. Checking social media or forums may also provide additional insights or solutions from other users experiencing similar problems.

I've checked other threads etc of other users with the same issue and as far as I can see there's been no positive outcome, it's as if Sky are being very disingenuous with their good will offer. I called Sky yesterday and the operative put me on hold and spoke to someone (they never told me who) and said they have claimed it on my behalf and I will receive an email within 5 working days with my code, whether I'll receive it is another matter. There was no reason or excuse as to why it wouldn't work for me in the first place, and this issue has been going on for months with other users. As I said Sky are being disingenuous.

Is this really an escalation or do you want me to talk to someone on the chat and explain it all again?

Well, that was a nightmare. When the chat eventually responded to me opening it up they asked whether I had 5 mins to go through security, it took them 10mins just to reply to my yes answer. What a joke.

Sorry, I don't have all day to deal with an issue that should literally take a few mins to solve. Why Sky thinks a very long winded online chat text is acceptable is beyond me.
