support @ skyticketit.com (remove the spaces in the address, unfortunately putting the spaces in is the only way Sky will allow the posting of some email addresses).

Hi mark. Thank you for your reply. This is actually a copy and paste of the email I have already sent that email address about a month ago. I've had no reply.

When you phone Sky I doubt the customer services agent will be able to offer any additional insight and will probably don you off that they have requested a callback. They tend to do this when they can't answer the question and it's a backend team that don't have a specific customer support team so they can't be contacted by phone.

Find out moreI don't think it is worth phoning but I would perhaps leave it for a little while as it might be to early for them to answer this although you really should have had a response to your if only to say that at present they couldn't answer. Give it a few weeks then perhaps try emailing them again.
