Sky vip tickets to postponed event

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. I won 2 tickets to watch the boxing at the O2, Buatsi vs Azeez, on the 21st of October. It was postponed due to injury's , Sky said once the event was rescheduled, we would be informed and tickets would still be valid. I have just seen the that fight has been rescheduled for February 3rd at OVO Arena Wembley, but I have not been contacted by Sky. I was just wondering if our tickets are still valid or we will be sent updated tickets to the event as myself and partner were looking forward to it. If you could just update me on the situation on Skys end I'd be really grateful. Thank you.

Hi @Georgia1997x I'd suggest sending an email to the sky ticketing team to see if they can help.

support @ skyticketit.com (remove the spaces in the address, unfortunately putting the spaces in is the only way Sky will allow the posting of some email addresses).

Hi mark. Thank you for your reply. This is actually a copy and paste of the email I have already sent that email address about a month ago. I've had no reply.

All you can do is continue to follow up with them via email in the new year.

When you phone Sky I doubt the customer services agent will be able to offer any additional insight and will probably don you off that they have requested a callback. They tend to do this when they can't answer the question and it's a backend team that don't have a specific customer support team so they can't be contacted by phone.

I don't think it is worth phoning but I would perhaps leave it for a little while as it might be to early for them to answer this although you really should have had a response to your if only to say that at present they couldn't answer. Give it a few weeks then perhaps try emailing them again.
