Sky talk/Broadband

I cancelled my broadband a couole of months ago . I even had an email from yourselves thrwatening me as according to you i cancelled mid contract. However i moved house and changed my contract from Q box to streaming. I spoke to a lady in Scotland and cancelled the renewal within minutes if renewing as i couldnt keep the account at my old address and have streaming at new address. Please check your records re this it would have bern late Aug 2025. I have now cancelled that DD as i do Not want the broadband at a house I no longer live at.

Not ours as we're just other customers here,

 

You'll need to contact Sky.  Cancelling your DD won't get the result you want.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
