I have lost count how many years I have been a sky customer and at the age of 86 years old I am finding it pretty hard to accept that I am paying £47.50 a month. What extras do I have as I don't know why it's costing me so much. I ask if you can email me and explain as I am struggling to pay! I have lived at this address for 33yrs and was a customer before coming here please let me know. Thank You Beryl Parry

Other than calling Sky, your best option is to have a look at your online bill, which will detail every element of your subscription.
