I have paid my bill for this month and it was tried to b taken out 8times just 5 days after I have paid then I called sky and they changed the payment date for me and my next payment to sky should be on the 28th July but now my services have been suspended but I have paid my bill for this month don't know what to do

If Sky has now asked for payment you'll need to pay this month's bill manually and ask Sky to refund the credit on your Sky account against your next bill.
By the,way, I suspect your next bill will be due on 28th June, rather than July.
