Sky stream pucks at different addresses

I have had two emails / messages from sky saying that one of my two sky stream pucks is being used at a different address. 

Sky will charge me an extra £25 fpr this

My two pucks are in two different rooms at my property  , at opposite ends of my house.

They are both at my address.

I can't find a way to speak to anyone about this.

Can anyone help ?

Are they using different Internet connections?

Sky can only detect such situations where your ISP is using differing public IP addresses.
