Sky stream problems

CRITICAL UPDATE: Sky has officially locked down my hardware. My Sky Stream box forced a reset and my PIN is now being actively rejected, preventing me from logging in. This total restriction has been placed on an active Ombudsman dispute (CISAS Case 726465) where the undisputed £17 has been paid. I am mid-mortgage application and this aggressive automated lockout is a clear violation of Ofcom codes. I need an Escalation Manager to message me and manually remove this restriction immediately."

Realistically, that's somewhat unlikely to happen.

 

I'll use the forum mechanism to escalate your post, but I've no idea if there's any such thing as an 'Escalation Manager', or when you might get a response from Sky.
