I'm looking to upgrade to sky sports F1 but it won't let me upgrade to just the F1 package.

You may need to call for that. (You may also be able to negotiate a better deal in taking the full sports package compared with just one)

You may need to recontract for 18 months though to get a decent discount.

@Liakot That is only available to Sky Q as far as I'm aware, do you hace Sky Q?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
