Sky’s/Disney+ double payment
Despite Sky advising that my Disney+ subscription would automatically stop now I have registered with SkyQ I am still being charged £14.99/month.
This has been over a month since the change. I've contacted Disney+ and they said I need to contact Sky as my account is through them. How do I cancel this second subscription/payment?
Can anyone help me please?

If your Disney plus is on your normal Sky tv bill you need to contact Sky customer service and get it taken off and canceled . I don't know how long it been part of your normal Sky tv bill as if so must be a quite old subscription. These day Disney plus subscriptions are handled quite separately from your normal Sky package by Sky market place and have been for quite a considerable time even before the present new deal with Disney plus. Only the free Disney plus basic free with ads is now part of your Sky package at no extra cost and dose not appear on your normal bill. The other tiers are taken by Sky market place as a separate subscription to your normal Sky bill by debit or credit card card and payment may a even a different day to you normal Sky bill. Had you subscption been with Sky marketplace prior to the new deal it would automatically been added to the new deal. You actually the second post I have seen today with this problem it looks as if for some reason it was part your normal Sky bill it not automatically being taken in to the new deal. Can I ask did you use a different login to activate your free Disney plus app on you SkyQ box to what used with the old one on your Sky bill, as if you did I can't see how you ended up with two Disney plus accounts

Did you activate Disney+ via Sky here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-disneyplus-customers-sky
Doing so should tell Disney that Sky will takeover the billing as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/disney-plus-faqs
Have Disney+ through Disney? You don't need to cancel anything. After you've activated your account with Sky, your subscription with Disney will be paused if you paid monthly, and you'll receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining portion of your annual plan.
If you're due a refund, Disney will pay this within 14 days.
