Sky puc

I asked for a new returns package as I had not received the original one, did not receive anything to send the puc back and now I have been billed for it so I cannot afford my bill.

You can use any packaging you have got or can get your hands on as this link will allow you to either print the label or get Royal Mail to do this for you:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
