Sky payment

I've paid my bill 45 pounds for March sky Internet my next bill isn't yew till 24th April so why are you trying to take a payment

Was the payment you mention an unnecessary manual payment?

Sky are trying to take the payment as they are entitled to do as per the terms and conditions which state that you must have a payment  method setup so they can take it automatically from you each month. Your issue is you appear to have made a manual payment when you do not have to, so as you have done this do you now see a credit on your account because if you do it is this that can be refunded to you if you want and help on doing this can be arranged for you via here.
