Sky payment date

Why is it that my sky payment day is the 19th but they try to take payment on 11th or 12th each month when funds are not available I get paid 19th of each month so this date works for me and now my sky bill is two hundred odd pound this month and got to try pay it as they have tried to take payment early again it's annoying as I get charged a late payment fee and it's not my fault

Are you a new customer?

 

If so you have to pay a couple of bills before the payment date can be changed.

If that's due to high mobile or Talk charges, it may be why you're being charged early.

If your bill is higher this month then is it because last month bill wasn't paid and had been added to this one ?
