Sky owe me money
- I was supposed to have sky 300 installed and it is still not installed. Now Sky have charged me £53 for not sending back the equipment I have to use because they have not installed the sky 300.

I have tried 2 different 0330 numbers and got nothing. The company seems as everyone else has said to be impossible to contact unless your question/query falls into one of their designated tick boxes you are banging your head against a brick wall. So far they have caused me to use 2 days A/L and not kept the appointment. This installation was first started in August, still waiting.

Hi @Shaka1 I'm afraid that only Sky can help you. Try saying nothing during the bot prompts.

Sky won't respond on here. All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and as @MightyQuinn suggested sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
