Sky not giving back to loyal customers
Why is sky vip not giving customers a free film to keep, as now you get to rent a free film instead.
all it is now is win a competition
sky vip not worth it. Nothing free for loyal customers just absolute crap

Re: Sky not giving back to loyal customers
Customers are only 'loyal' when they're getting their services at a price they want - and rightly so. Sky VIP is a free extra that costs you nothing. If it doesn't work for you, ignore it. It does work for others - there are several threads here which demonstrate that.

Re: Sky not giving back to loyal customers
as a customer of 18 years i am sad to now cancel my subscription as sky csnnot provide me with a deal the same as a new customer. im keeping the brodband for now to give myself time to find a better deal with EE or BT or similar. sky vip is worth (removed). diamond VIP im to,d but pay more than a wooden spoon vip customer. poor retention and customer service. good bye sky.

Re: Sky not giving back to loyal customers
@itsybitsyspider your expectations are unrealistic. You'll find that all providers operate in the same way - they offer heavy discounts for the first year or so to entice you to join. After the initial minimum term, any further discount offered is likely to be less generous - because it's easier to keep existing customers than it is to attract new ones.
Sky VIP and tenure have nothing to do with subscription costs.
