Sky modem never arrived

Hi there just received my new sky modem box but it has come empty with nothing inside

You will need to contact Sky to report it. They will investigate it alongside Royal Mail (if it was a hub for a new installation).

@Maryannemorgan  Was there anything inside the box such as a cable?

 

Do you already have a Sky broadband hub?

 

Are you getting Full AFibre (FTTP) installed?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
