Sky mobile bill

Hi i paid my bill thsi morning but thsi afternoon sky have taken it out my bank so ive paid twice

As you have discovered there i no need to manually pay the bill as Sky will take it automatically from you via whatever payment method you have set up on your account. As you have made a payment you should see a credit on your account that you can either leave as it will be used to pay your next bill or you can call Sky on 150 to ask them to refund it to you.
