Sky max
Tried calling to ask about my bill and Sky Max, couldn't speak to anyone from this country, and got very poor advice. Gave up after being transferred to someone who didn't know why I had been transferred whom I could hardly understand! Anothe 25 minutes wasted, go through security for the third time and still no answers. It used to be that you could speak to someone from here who would look at your package and get a better offer or give you the information wanted. My account says my contract has expired, they say it hasn't? Will Sky Max improve my internet speed? only interested in selling me full fibre at twice what I am paying! I gave up, maybe after over 30 years with Sky it is time to look elswhere as my bill will go up by over 40% soon.
