Trying to get into my account, but don't have sky id number in any emails and can't get into my bills. It is also not recognizing my account number, even though it's taking money from hat account. Can anyone help me with where to get the Sky id 12 digit number thanks.
There is no such thing as a Sky ID 12 digit number as it is your account number itself which is 12 digits so this is who you see up a Sky ID using that account number:
