Hi, I have been with sky almost a year I think, I am now trying to access the account to check some details. However when linking sky id it is saying there is no account found, I don't have access to the account number and so have been trying to use the last 6 numbers of tbe account the payments come from but I am still having issues Thanks Emma

@Emma-s Account number is on a bill if you have one, also on the email at the start off your contract, it has the title ""Your first Sky bill - everything you need to know""

Thanks for your help, I actually can't even find any correspondence via email from sky unfortunately so unable to access the details this way!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 9pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

@Emma-s Just call sky from your home landline phone, dial 150 8am - 8pm will be linked to your account, pass security and Customer Service may give it to you or link you all up, account number is 12 digits so you know!
