Hi, I've ordered sky glass, but only just realised 2 days before delivery is due that my delivery address is wrong, by only 4 doors away.
Is it possible sky can update the address at all without canceling the full order as I'm worried about having to change my delivery day to further away.

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t like us typing the digits in full).
Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.

Hey I cannot seem to use the number provided on the help section.
It comes up with incorrect number.
I did get through using a number but the person who answered was no help at all and did not try to do anything to resolve my issue.
As just told me they cannot change the address and the delivery will be made to that address.
Did not seem to realise that I was meaning the address on the account was an error when setting up the account..
