I have been having a problem with my "my sky app" saying the user doesn't have access to the my sky app.
i used the chat to talk to someone who told me to call sky and change my sky id as it's restricted and this can only be done over the phone
I called them and they disconnected and said they would call me back, the number they called back on was [removed].
online it says this is a legit number but they asked me to share my OTP code which shouldn't be shared with anyone.
They also asked me for my phones IMEI number which I thought was weird to confirm my identify.
can someone help to say if this is legit or not and does anyone have a solution to why I can't access the my sky app? Thankyou
