Sky equipment

I returned my sky equipment.

but sky took 190.00 euros from my bank account for unreturned equipment.

i have the 2 An Post recipts

I am just looking for a email address of address to send my receipts to.

This is why I left sky all the [removed] you have to go through to get anything resolved.

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns in the UK. Not sure about in the ROI.

 

You need to contact Sky Ireland by calling in (lines are closed at weekends), using Sky Assistant or via social media to try to get this sorted out which should be straightforward if you have the proof of posting.

 

Please don't try to post an image of the tracking or postal receipt as Sky don't allow them on the forum.
