Sky equipment charges

Please help, I no longer am with sky and sent all equipment back. They have now sent me an email telling me there is a charge of £83 on my account that requires payment. I have the Royal Mail receipt as proof of sending and photos of the label and equipment in box before sending. I have told them numerous times to no resolve. This was sent back on 26th June. Any support appreciated

If you have phoned Sky a got nowhere then I would try the social media route, there are links at the bottom of the page to a few of their sites and they can also be contacted via Facebook Messenger. Do let them know you have the tracking details.

@MsKB

The escalation process in unavailable. You'll need to contact Sky by calling, social media or Sky Assistant.

@MsKB

Usually we could this for you but unfortunately escalations are off at present due to an ongoing fault, they have not been available for weeks now and we do not know when they will be available again.

@Andywood3

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

We would usually be able to escalate this to Sky via the Messaging Team on here but I'm afraid the option is not available and we don't have an eta on its return.

With or without proof of posting you need to contact Sky by calling, Sky Assistant or social media to try to get this sorted out.

Please don't try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don't allow them on the forum.
