Sky credit

Hi I have over paid my bill and paid it twice, is there anyway I can withdraw the credit I over paid?

As you appear to have a monthly payment method setup then you shouldnn't need to make manual payments if this is what has happened so if you would like we can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team about this as they will contact you via here so can you confirm that you see a credit and would like you be contacted via here ?
